Three arrested in Christchurch suburb of Richmond
Three people have been arrested following an incident in the Christchurch suburb of Richmond.
Local residents reported seeing multiple police vehicles on Medway Street just after 11AM.
A police spokesman said police responded to reports of a group of people in the street carrying a metal weapon of some sort.
Three people were arrested in relation to the incident.
