Woman who died in Prebbleton crash on Boxing Day named

Police have released the name of the woman killed in a crash in Prebbleton on Boxing Day.

She was Rebecca Emily Rose Thoms, aged 34.

Emergency services were called to the two vehicle crash on Birchs Road around 6pm.

In a statement police said “our thoughts are with her family and loved ones.”

Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
