Spark-owned budget brand Skinny mobile is experiencing an outage, affecting the company’s apps.

In a statement the company said the outage meant that customers won’t be able to check their balance or top up through these apps.

“We’re sorry for the inconvenience.“Our team is working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.
