Police name 17 year old killed in Harewood crash

Police have named the teenager who died following a crash on Greywacke Road, Harewood on 31 July.

She was 17-year-old Nekera Eileen Low, of Christchurch.

Three other people were seriously injured after the car they were in crashed into a business sign at 1AM.

In a statement, police extended their condolences to Low’s family and friends.

Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the crash the police spokesperson said.
