Police investigating late night robbery at a Bryndwr house

Christchurch police are investigating a robbery which happened late last night.

A police spokesperson told Chris Lynch Media police were notified of a robbery at a Bryndwr residential address at about 11.25pm last night.

“A scooter and some other property was stolen from the address.”

The offenders left on foot before police arrived the spokesperson said.

Police attended and an investigation is underway.

There were no descriptions of the offenders immediately available, but Chris Lynch Media understands youths were involved.

No one was injured the police spokesperson said.
