Luxon condemns government's $140m to NZ Steel after parent company’s $2.85 billion profit

"Outrageous" Christopher Luxon has condemned the government's $140 million handout to NZ Steel for an electric furnace.

Its parent company posted a staggering $2.85 billion global profit last year.

Luxon argues it's a misplaced priority during the cost-of-living crisis.
