Emergency services at serious crash near Queenstown

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious single-vehicle crash on SH6 near the Stalker Road Roundabout, Lower Shotover according to police.

Emergency services were call to the scene at 9.30am. 

A police spokesperson and injuries have been reported and the road is closed, with diversions in place.

A St John ambulance spokesman said the crash was on the Frankton-Ladies Mile Highway

The Serious Crash Unit will attend the scene. 

Motorists are urged to avoid the area.
