Emergency incident on Lichfield Street

Police are at the scene of an incident in Christchurch’s central city.

A police spokesman said they’re responding to an incident in Lichfield street, which was reported to police about 5.15pm.

There is no threat to the public, some roads have been closed while emergency services respond.
