Concerning emails sent to New Zealand organisations again

Police have confirmed that organisations across New Zealand are again today being targeted by concerning emails.

The emails are the same as those received by a number of organisations yesterday.

As noted yesterday, a police spokesperson said police are confident that the emails being received are from the same source.

“We do not believe there is any actual threat to the organisations receiving the emails.

However we ask that organisations who receive the emails continue to report them to Police, to assist in our ongoing enquiries to identify the origin of the emails.”
