Crash involving ute and bus; 27 patients with minor injuries - St John

Emergency services are at the scene of a crash involving a bus and a ute in Selwyn.

The crash happened just before 4.30PM at the intersection on Ellesmere Junction Road where Swamp Road, Selwyn Road, and Edwards Road intersect.

A St John spokeswoman said they was notified and responded one ambulance and one manager to the scene.

“We assessed twenty-seven patients, all in a minor condition at the scene.” 

The bus is not a school bus a police spokeswoman said.
